IN_Senior Manager_SAP PP Lead _Enterprise Apps-SAP_Advisory_Bangalore

Lead SAP PP and QM workstreams on complex S/4HANA manufacturing and quality transformations across full project lifecycles including discovery, design, build, test, deploy, and hypercare.

Own functional design and configuration for core SAP PP areas (master data, planning, order management) and QM areas (inspection planning, quality notifications, integration with vendor/customer quality), ensuring integration with multiple SAP modules and third-party systems.

Manage teams of PwC consultants and client SMEs, conduct workshops and fit-gap analyses, and define global PP/QM templates for multi-plant and multi-country deployments.

8-12+ years of SAP experience with strong focus on SAP PP and QM including multiple full lifecycle SAP implementations and at least one as PP/QM lead, ideally on S/4HANA.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Science, IT, or related field; Master’s degree preferred but not mandatory.

Experience in manufacturing industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, automotive, FMCG, electronics, or industrial sectors.

Strong consulting experience with direct client-facing responsibilities and cross-functional team leadership.

Experienced senior SAP PP/QM professional with proven leadership of large S/4HANA transformation projects in manufacturing environments.

Capable of translating complex manufacturing and quality business processes into SAP functional designs and leading multi-geography teams and stakeholder workshops.

Comfortable managing integration challenges between SAP PP/QM with MES, PLM, LIMS, and quality management systems within regulated industries.
