Good knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and basic networking concepts.
Experience with server patching and maintenance, ITSM/ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, and incident troubleshooting.
Must have excellent English communication skills; work mode is on-site/hybrid with 24x7 rotational shifts; notice period maximum 15 days or immediate joiners only.
Strong practical troubleshooting skills with ability to independently handle common Windows Server incidents.
Experience working in structured IT operations with SLA-based support and familiarity with ITIL processes.
Effective collaboration skills with L1, L3, Network, Database, Security, and Application teams; ownership attitude for incidents until resolution or escalation.
