Requires 10% travel to headquarters for training; Enterprise Operations experience and ITIL v4 knowledge also required.
Experienced in consultative, outcome-driven engagements combining technical implementation with business advisory in SaaS or technology services.
Strong analytical and data visualization skills, capable of translating business challenges into structured technical solutions using tools like SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
Comfortable operating independently with new technologies and collaborating cross-functionally to embed solutions into operational workflows.
