About This Role
- Lead and execute financial planning, analysis, reporting, and variance analysis for the Electrical Sector America Region within Digital Finance CoE.
- Develop senior management presentations and provide actionable business insights through financial and operational data analysis, including daily to quarterly reporting.
- Drive FP&A process improvements, automation, data governance, and enable business intelligence solutions using tools like Power BI and SAP, collaborating with multiple business functions.
Minimum Requirements
- Master in Business Administration with specialization in Finance or Accounting; B.Com & CA/ICWA/CFA also accepted.
- 6-10 years total work experience with 5-8 years relevant FP&A experience, preferably in manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Power BI dashboard development, and working knowledge of business intelligence tools such as SAP, Oracle, and Oracle Planning (ePBCS).
- Work Experience Required: 6-10 years total experience, 5-8 years relevant FP&A experience (manufacturing exposure preferred).
