Must work exclusively in night shift (US business hours 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM).
Experienced in leading process transitions, migrations, transformations, and managing large-scale operational change initiatives within procurement or finance shared services.
Demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally in multicultural and international environments with strong stakeholder engagement and governance experience.
Comfortable working in Agile environments with a focus on continuous improvement, digital delivery, operational excellence, and risk management.
