Minimum 5-8 years of experience managing client-service oriented functions, with exposure to procurement and general accounting practices.
Strong hands-on experience with Coupa procurement platform; knowledge of SAP ECC / Ariba integration with Coupa mandatory.
Availability to work exclusively in US business hours night shift (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM).
Experienced in large-scale corporate initiatives/projects within procurement and source-to-pay processes, comfortable supporting international/global stakeholders.
Proficient in PSCM applications including ARIBA, SAP, Salesforce, with ability to communicate and influence across organizational levels.
Analytical and process improvement oriented, able to identify root causes of recurring issues and propose system/process enhancements to optimize operations.
