About This Role
- Lead end-to-end real estate transactions across India and APAC, including acquisitions, renewals, expiries, and site exits.
- Develop and execute short- and long-term real estate strategies aligned with business and workplace needs at city and regional levels.
- Manage lease governance, portfolio tracking, financial planning, stakeholder management, and transaction governance processes involving multiple cross-functional teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in Corporate Real Estate including transactions, lease administration, and portfolio management.
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, Finance, Facility Management, or related discipline.
- Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India; willingness to travel across India and APAC.
- Experience managing real estate portfolios and leading large-scale lease transactions specifically across India and APAC.

- Experienced in managing complex stakeholder environments and collaborating with senior business leaders across regions.
- Strong capability in strategic real estate planning, financial modeling, budgeting, and lease negotiations in corporate settings.
