Strong SAP experience (FI/CO, MM) including posting flow investigation and master data understanding; freight payment system experience preferred.
Proven experience leading a team or workstream in a GBS/shared services environment with a control mindset including SOX/internal controls and audit support.
Experienced in managing large-scale freight accounting operations with demonstrated success in meeting close calendars and SLAs in a deadline-driven environment.
Skilled in stakeholder management and able to influence cross-functional partners including Transportation, AP, RTR, and IT/Master Data to drive resolutions and improvements.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement orientation with a control mindset and ability to maintain audit-ready documentation.
