Experienced in high-volume, SLA-driven, regulated environments such as Visa Services, BPO, government services, or contact centres with strong local market knowledge.
Demonstrates expertise in workforce planning, strategic HR operations, employee relations, compliance governance, and HR analytics in complex, audit-driven settings.
Proven ability to manage multi-functional teams under pressure, with strong financial acumen and stakeholder management skills across Operations, Finance, Legal, Government, and Embassy clients.
