About This Role
- Own full-cycle recruiting for complex, niche, or senior roles focused on US and Canada markets with measurable hiring outcomes.
- Improve recruiting quality, speed, and decision-making by leveraging data and market insights to optimize strategy and process.
- Act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, leading intake sessions, facilitating hiring decisions, and driving process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- 7-10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in consulting, technology, or services-led environments.
- Proven success hiring for complex, niche, or senior roles with strong sourcing, assessment, and closing skills.
- Experience hiring in US and Canada markets with knowledge of US employment structures (W2, C2C, 1099) and work visa processes.
- Location requirement: Bengaluru, Karnataka; work authorization to work in India mandatory.
