About This Role
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle and HR operations for TORQ's India business, ensuring compliance and effective process execution.
- Lead recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee relations, serving as key HR contact and supporting grievance and disciplinary processes.
- Coordinate performance management, payroll, compensation, L&D, HR reporting, and culture-building initiatives aligned with business needs.
Minimum Requirements
- 7-10 years of HR experience with progressive responsibilities.
- MBA/PGDM/Postgraduate qualification specializing in Human Resources.
- Strong knowledge of Indian employment laws, HR operations, talent acquisition, payroll coordination, and employee relations.
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office, especially Excel; excellent English communication skills.

- Experienced in managing HR in fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and international business environments, preferably in commodities, trading, FMCG, manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to implement and improve HR processes with strong ownership and business partnering skills.
- Skilled in stakeholder management and maintaining confidentiality while supporting organizational growth and change.
