About This Role
- Drive and execute Operational Excellence activities to improve site operations and business processes.
- Identify and implement process improvements and troubleshoot operational issues using tools like SPC and focused improvement teams.
- Manage operational excellence systems, budgets, and ensure achievement of cost-saving initiatives across the site.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemistry, Mechanical, or any discipline).
- 10-15 years of work experience with 6-8 years in a leadership role focused on Operational Excellence.
- Industry experience in Pharmaceuticals, Agrochemicals, or Consultancy Services.
- Experience with Operational Excellence tools such as 5S, TPM, WCM; knowledge of Six Sigma, TQM, SPC tools is desirable.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Senior professional with proven ability to lead and implement system-wide Operational Excellence initiatives.
- Experience coordinating multi-level teams and training personnel on Operational Excellence methodologies.
- Strong technical understanding of chemical plant operations with skills in productivity and process improvement tools.
