About This Role
- Plan and strategize quality assurance for SOTI product releases, including performance and security testing measures.
- Drive the automation testing team to reduce regression and accelerate release cycles.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Development Managers, Scrum Masters, and QA teams to define testing scope, identify quality gaps, and provide solutions in Agile (Scrum) environments.
Minimum Requirements
- 12 to 16 years of experience in application quality assurance for web and mobile software development.
- Minimum 3 years experience as a QA Manager.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in Automation Testing; hands-on programming skills in Java or C# are mandatory.
- Experience managing functional and automation teams of 10-15 members; familiarity with Agile (Scrum) methodologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in handling complex testing projects in fast-paced, Agile environments with web and mobile software products.
- Technical proficiency with automation, API testing, performance and security testing, and some exposure to AWS cloud deployments preferred.
- Capable of leading sizable QA teams and driving technical training to upskill teams, with the ability to work cross-functionally with product and development leadership.
