About This Role
- Manage and monitor automated and manual cash application processes using High Radius CAA and/or Emagia Cash Application module.
- Analyze unapplied cash and collaborate with internal teams to implement resolution strategies, ensuring reconciliation between ERP and cash application systems.
- Lead and support continuous improvement projects and act as subject matter expert on High Radius and Emagia cash application workflows.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in cash application or Order to Cash functions, preferably in a global shared services environment.
- Proficient experience with High Radius CAA cloud or similar cash application automation tools and ERP SAP S4 HANA.
- Ability to work onsite in Vadodara, Gujarat with shift working hours; English fluency required.

- Experienced in global shared services O2C environments with strong expertise in High Radius CAA and ERP SAP S4 HANA.
- Demonstrates analytical skills to lead process improvements and manage complex cash application scenarios with multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a matrix, global team environment supporting audit compliance and integration testing activities.
