Experienced in multi-platform Automic Workload Automation environments supporting complex infrastructures in large-scale enterprise settings.
Strong expertise in database migrations and patching/upgrading automation systems evidencing operational leadership in batch job management.
Comfortable with working at 3rd line support level, managing escalations and prioritizing solutions while coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams.
