About This Role
- Design, develop, and implement machine control software including PLC, HMI/SCADA, motion control, and industrial communication for custom automation projects.
- Lead software lifecycle management from concept through commissioning, including testing, debugging, FAT, SAT, and ongoing customer support.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, and Project Engineering teams to ensure project schedules and quality standards are met.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication, Instrumentation & Control, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience in industrial automation, controls development, and machine commissioning.
- Strong expertise in PLC programming, HMI/SCADA development, motion control, and industrial communication protocols (Profinet, EtherCAT, Ethernet/IP, Modbus TCP, OPC UA).
- Experience with Safety PLCs, servo drives, robotics, vision systems integration, and software lifecycle management.

- Experienced in delivering custom automation projects with end-to-end ownership of control software and system integration.
- Skilled in working independently while effectively collaborating with cross-disciplinary engineering teams.
- Capable of managing project deliverables including technical documentation, functional design specifications, and compliance with engineering standards.
