About This Role
- Lead design, development, and enterprise adoption of global DevOps/DevSecOps solutions for financial platforms.
- Own and manage global DevOps/DevSecOps platforms ensuring reliability, security, and regulatory compliance.
- Architect and execute scalable CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks with hands-on leadership across engineering teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, and infrastructure engineering with hands-on expertise.
- Strong experience with GitHub Enterprise, Azure DevOps, Sonatype Nexus/Lifecycle, and Broadcom CA Release Automation.
- Deep architectural knowledge of enterprise-scale automation and secure software delivery pipelines.
- Work Experience Required: 15+ years in relevant DevOps and DevSecOps roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to lead global service ownership and drive DevOps adoption in large regulated financial organizations.
- Strong strategic and technical leadership with ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional global teams.
- Experience in financial services or global banking and knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO, NIST, DORA, PRA).
