Principal, Capital Planning & Portfolio Lead, Infrastructure Services

Lead the financial management of a comprehensive technology portfolio including Infrastructure, Cloud, Applications, Cybersecurity, Data Platforms, and Enterprise Technology Services with annual budgets exceeding $50M.

Drive budgeting, forecasting, financial governance, portfolio optimization, investment prioritization, and cost efficiency initiatives across CapEx and OpEx.

Serve as a key liaison between Technology Leadership, Finance, Procurement, and Business stakeholders to ensure alignment of technology spend with enterprise strategies and financial controls.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field required.

15+ years of experience in technology portfolio management, technology finance, strategic planning, PMO leadership, or technology operations.

5+ years managing large-scale technology budgets and investment portfolios exceeding $50M annually.

Strong expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, CapEx and OpEx governance, and partnership with senior technology and finance executives.

Senior strategic leader with deep understanding of diverse technology cost structures across cloud, infrastructure, software engineering, cybersecurity, and enterprise platforms.

Experienced in driving cross-functional alignment among technology, finance, vendor management, and procurement teams in large regulated or financial services organizations.

Data-driven decision maker skilled in financial analysis, investment governance, cost optimization, and presenting executive-level insights to influence technology investment and portfolio decisions.
