Experience working shifts overlapping with US business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Experienced in operational ownership of distributed applications in a 24x7 production environment with strong incident management and root cause analysis skills.
Comfortable working with cloud-native technologies on AWS and automation using scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python) to reduce operational overhead.
Able to engage with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and proactively improve service delivery and system reliability.
