About This Role
- Own end-to-end quality for assigned product features including web apps, backend APIs, and AI/LLM-powered workflows.
- Design and maintain Python-based test automation frameworks and build automated evaluation suites for AI features, tracking correctness and hallucination rates.
- Integrate CI/CD quality checks in GitHub Actions with pre-merge gates; set testing standards and mentor other SDETs.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years experience as an SDET with end-to-end ownership across web apps, backend APIs, and release processes.
- Strong Python skills including Pytest and experience with Playwright for UI automation.
- Experience evaluating AI/LLM features with familiarity in hallucination rate metrics and tools like Langfuse or Ragas.
- Located in Pune (must be currently based in Pune).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in integrating quality checks into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or equivalent.
- Comfortable working across time zones and collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering and product.
- Has set testing standards or mentored others in test automation and quality engineering practices.
