Hands-on experience with platforms like SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce CPQ, Oracle, Zuora, or similar subscription/order management systems.
Experience in large-scale transformation, ERP/CRM migration, or post-merger integration programs with legacy data migration and cutover.
Experienced in architecting subscription and SaaS commercial models at enterprise scale involving usage-based, term, co-term, committed consumption, and renewals.
Skilled at integration architecture including APIs, event-driven design, middleware, and master data management across product and customer domains.
Comfortable operating in complex global matrix teams with onshore/offshore delivery, able to communicate technical trade-offs clearly to executives and act as a cross-workstream design authority.
