About This Role
- Design, execute, and maintain functional, regression, and UAT test cases for Calypso platform modules across Fixed Income, Derivatives, and Backoffice.
- Validate and troubleshoot EOD/scheduled batch executions and market data consumption impacting pricing, P&L, reports, and reconciliations for Calypso releases.
- Analyze release and environment differences, raise evidence-based defects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams during release cycles.
Minimum Requirements
- 4 to 12 years of overall software testing/QA experience.
- Mandatory hands-on Calypso testing experience on version 16 or higher.
- Strong understanding of Calypso trade lifecycle, static data, modules, and EOD/batch processing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in structured testing with ability to distinguish true vs expected test breaks and produce clear defect reports.
- Comfortable working across product squads (Fixed Income, Derivatives, Backoffice) while maintaining depth in Calypso behavior.
- Capable of prioritizing high-risk product and batch paths under tight release-driven regression cycles.
