About This Role
- Ensure reliability, observability, and resilience of critical Front Office Trading and post-trade systems for a Global Capital Markets platform.
- Define and implement service-health metrics, monitoring, alerting, and dashboards for end-to-end system observability.
- Lead incident response, root cause analysis, operational readiness, and automation to reduce operational toil and improve MTTR.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years in SRE, production-engineering, or DevOps roles supporting business-critical, high-availability systems.
- Proven experience with observability tools like Prometheus/Grafana, ELK, Splunk, Datadog, or cloud-native monitoring.
- Strong scripting/automation skills (Python/Bash/PowerShell) with CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code familiarity.
- Work Experience Required: 6 - 9 Years
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in incident and problem management including on-call, escalation, and root cause analysis.
- Familiar with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), Linux fundamentals, and resilience/performance engineering.
- Exposure to Kubernetes, containers, streaming/event-driven platforms (Kafka/MQ), and Capital Markets domain awareness, especially batch processing.
