Minimum Requirements
Experience in Mainframe application development with COBOL, CICS, JCL, DB2, and VSAM.
Familiarity with mainframe development/support tools such as Endevor, Xpediter, Abend-AID, File Manager, and DB2 tools.
Proven experience managing the full software development lifecycle for business-critical Tier 1 applications.
Understanding and exposure to Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and DevOps practices including CI/CD and automated deployments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Senior analyst level software engineer with strong technical expertise in mainframe technologies and modernisation initiatives.
Comfortable working collaboratively in permanent feature teams with cross-functional stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills with ability to prioritize and deliver high-quality code under deadlines.
