About This Role
- Own end-to-end feature development including coding, deployment, and incident management, covering React frontends, Java backends, and cloud infrastructure.
- Design and implement scalable, real-time systems supporting thousands of concurrent users with low-latency WebSocket connections and efficient pub/sub.
- Shape technical architecture and enforce codebase integrity through documentation, best practices, testing, and peer reviews.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-6 years of industry experience as a full-stack or specialized engineer with exposure to all stack layers.
- Deep expertise in React or Java (Spring Boot) with solid working knowledge of the other.
- Strong frontend fundamentals including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with understanding of browser internals.
- Proficiency in relational databases such as Postgres or MySQL including query design and indexing strategies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced full-stack engineer comfortable and responsible for both frontend and backend development and deployment.
- Strong system design capability across distributed systems and low-level system tradeoffs.
- Hands-on with modern AI code assistance tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot) with critical judgment of their outputs.
