About This Role
- Design and execute Verification & Validation test plans for embedded ECU software in construction equipment controllers.
- Verify Simulink/Stateflow models and generated code against system requirements using Model-Based Design workflows.
- Develop traceable test cases, perform regression and fault injection testing, and automate HIL test execution with scripting.
Minimum Requirements
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in embedded systems V&V or related roles.
- Proficiency in Embedded C/C++, MATLAB/Simulink, and MBSE (SysML) tools such as Cameo or Rhapsody.
- Experience with SIL/MIL/PIL/HIL testing environments and tools like dSPACE or NI VeriStand.
- Must be based in Bangalore with ability to work from office.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong background in embedded control software testing within heavy machinery or industrial equipment domains.
- Familiarity with automotive communication protocols (CAN/J1939) and standards like ISO 26262, IEC 61508.
- Experience collaborating closely with system engineers to maintain requirements traceability and documentation discipline under V-model development.
