About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable distributed web applications with adherence to architectural best practices.
- Lead system design, module decomposition, performance optimization, and incremental architectural evolution.
- Collaborate with product managers for feature delivery, lead medium-sized projects, and mentor junior engineers for technical excellence.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Degree in Computer Science or related field (B.Tech, M.Tech, or Ph.D.) or equivalent experience.
- Expertise in at least one general-purpose programming language (e.g., Java, C, C++), with strong concurrency and multi-threading skills.
- Proven experience in designing scalable distributed systems, strong knowledge of databases (MySQL, NoSQL), and Test-Driven Development.

- Experienced in high-growth, fast-paced startup-like environments with high ownership levels.
- Strong background in object-oriented design and building modular, scalable systems at scale handling complex business flows.
