About This Role
- Provide 24/7 remote support for cloud and on-premises network infrastructure through global shift rotations, ensuring critical alert remediation and incident triage within SLAs.
- Engage with internal customers and external vendors for network issue resolution and hardware/software remediation.
- Drive operational improvements via change management and participate in network upgrades and capacity augmentation projects.
Minimum Requirements
- Over 4 years of experience in network operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- Deep knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, IS-IS, VxLAN, EVPN, QoS, GRE, IPsec, DNS, and MACsec protocols.
- Experience with cloud service providers such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI and familiarity with Arista, Fortinet, Juniper network devices.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in large-scale, multi-vendor network troubleshooting and operations within CSP environments, capable of rapid alert response and incident management.
- Hands-on with tooling and automation for provisioning and monitoring complex network environments to enhance operational workflows.
- Skilled in network protocol troubleshooting with additional knowledge of Mellanox/Cumulus OS, Unix/Linux system administration, Python/Shell scripting, and monitoring tools like Netbox, Prometheus, Grafana.
