About This Role
- Own MBSE architecture for embedded control systems of construction equipment platforms using SysML.
- Define and drive V&V strategy across MIL/SIL/PIL/HIL stages ensuring alignment with system requirements and traceability.
- Lead cross-functional coordination on system-level behavior validation and mentor junior engineers on V&V processes and metrics.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years embedded systems engineering experience with hands-on MBD (Simulink/Stateflow) and MBSE (SysML).
- Expertise in V&V methodologies including test architecture and traceability across ALM tools.
- Knowledge of automotive/off-highway functional safety standards (ISO 26262, ISO 25119, IEC 61508).
- Work location: Bangalore, India (Work from Office).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven technical leader capable of managing system-level embedded software verification for heavy machinery.
- Experienced working with multidisciplinary teams across mechanical, hydraulics, controls, and software domains.
- Familiarity with CAN/J1939/ISOBUS protocols and stakeholder management in industrial equipment context.
