About This Role
- Design, build, and evolve the LoadNinja cloud-native SaaS platform focusing on scalability, reliability, security, and performance.
- Lead technical initiatives including complex feature implementation, architecture discussions, and operational excellence improvements.
- Mentor engineers, review code, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-quality software and customer value.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 6 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Node.js, and AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, EC2, S3, CloudFront, Cognito, Step Functions, VPC).
- Experience with scalable SaaS application design, REST APIs, distributed systems, Docker, and modern CI/CD pipelines.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading technical projects and mentoring engineers in complex cloud-native web application environments.
- Strong background in software architecture, system design, and improving operational excellence for SaaS platforms.
- Comfortable working in globally distributed teams and collaborating across engineering, product management, QA, and customer care functions.
