Senior Manager, Technical Consulting -Telecom/Comms domain (Salesforce Technical Architect exp mandatory)

Lead and oversee a team of up to 35 Technical Consultants, Architects, and Managers focused on Salesforce technical consulting in the Communications domain, balancing 25% billable senior technical architect work.

Manage hiring, training, mentoring, and enablement to build and grow the Communications consulting practice within the Global Delivery Centre.

Serve as a senior technical architect on Comms domain projects, engage with customers and partners to solve critical business challenges, and lead enterprise architecture and governance discussions at an enterprise client level.

13+ years of experience leading Salesforce technical consulting projects and managing individual contributors.

8+ years of people management and technical architecture experience.

Mandatory expertise in Integration Architecture, Platform Security, Sharing and Visibility, Data Architecture and Management, Apex Design Patterns, and proficiency in Salesforce/Apex and Lightning technologies.

Mandatory experience in telecom domain and Salesforce Comms Cloud (preferred but not mandatory) with strong skills in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Vlocity OmniStudio.

Experienced leader capable of managing large technical teams and balancing individual contributor responsibilities with people management and practice growth.

Strong background in technical architecture within Salesforce ecosystems, especially in telecom/communications domain with a focus on integration, security, and architectural governance.

Capable of leading client engagements at senior levels including enterprise architects, with ability to drive complex solution design, team enablement, and internal strategic initiatives in a global delivery environment.
