About This Role
- Own design, configuration, testing, and support of Workday Financial modules across global finance operations.
- Ensure financial data integrity, SOX compliance, and drive automation and process improvements in Workday Financials.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support bi-annual Workday releases and troubleshoot financial system issues via ticketing platforms.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 8 years hands-on experience with Workday Financials in ERP support or implementation role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, internal controls, and experience in a SOX-controlled environment.
- Experience working with Jira or ServiceNow incident ticketing systems.
- Bachelor's degree in management information systems, accounting, finance, or related fields.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Expertise in multiple Workday Financial domains including Core Financials, Accounting Center, Tax, and Financial Reporting.
- Experience collaborating with Finance, Accounting, IT, and Product teams across multiple regions (North America, APAC, EMEA, LATAM).
- Capable of independently managing critical tasks, documenting solutions clearly, and adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
