About This Role
- Develop and build Generative AI applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI agent frameworks.
- Integrate AI agents with external tools, APIs, databases, and enterprise services to enable multi-agent workflows and advanced reasoning.
- Optimize AI application performance including prompt engineering, hallucination detection, and AI-generated code validation and security.
Minimum Requirements
- 2–7 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML or Generative AI software development.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
- Experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT, Azure Open AI) and frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.
- Work Experience Required: 2–7 years of relevant AI/ML development experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced developer skilled in building and optimizing Generative AI and AI agent-based applications in an Agile SDLC environment.
- Practitioner of prompt engineering, AI-assisted coding, and capable of securing and validating AI-generated code.
- Familiar with advanced AI concepts including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.
