About This Role
- Design, implement, and maintain Salesforce CI/CD pipelines using Copado, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
- Manage version control with Git, including branching strategies, code merging, and repository maintenance.
- Coordinate Salesforce release deployments across multiple environments with audit trail maintenance and environment configuration management.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development, administration, and release management.
- Proficiency in DevOps tools: Copado, Jenkins, or Salesforce DX (SFDX).
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Platform: Metadata API, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce CLI.
- Salesforce Administrator or Developer certifications and platform-specific DevOps certifications (e.g., Copado).

- Experienced in managing end-to-end Salesforce release processes in enterprise environments.
- Technical skillset combining Salesforce platform expertise with DevOps automation tooling and scripting.
