About This Role
- Architect and deliver scalable, production-ready cloud and on-prem AI/ML, data science, and analytics solutions for Smart Manufacturing business problems.
- Lead technical architecture decisions to ensure robust system design, platform standards, and minimize technical debt.
- Provide deep technical leadership including troubleshooting, mentoring AI and data science teams, and aligning cross-functional stakeholders for solution delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years IT experience in data technologies; 5+ years architecting large-scale cloud data analytics and AI/ML solutions.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (preferably Google Cloud Platform or Microsoft Azure) and on-prem enterprise platforms.
- Proficiency in Python, .NET, SQL, and modern front-end technologies (e.g., Angular) with software engineering and GitHub collaboration.
- Experience or knowledge of Agentic AI, Gen AI, distributed computing (OpenShift/Kubernetes), and messaging (Solace) desired but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in enterprise data and analytics platform architecture within hybrid cloud environments, with a focus on manufacturing domain solutions.
- Strong technical leader comfortable with hands-on engineering and mentoring cross-disciplinary teams including Data Scientists, AI Engineers, and Product Owners.
- Able to communicate effectively across all levels including management, architects, and developers, driving alignment and innovation.
