About This Role
- Design responsive websites and mobile applications with a focus on user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Develop and maintain reusable design systems and UI components using Figma, ensuring consistency in typography, colours, and layouts.
- Collaborate with developers, project managers, and clients to implement designs accurately and conduct usability testing to incorporate feedback.
Minimum Requirements
- 2–5 years of professional experience in UI/UX Design or equivalent roles.
- Proficiency in Figma and strong portfolio demonstrating web and mobile UI/UX projects.
- Must be based in Goa and able to work from the Porvorim office.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is advantageous but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing modern, user-centred digital products for web and mobile platforms with a strong visual design foundation.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and collaborating cross-functionally in a client-driven environment.
- Familiar with design systems, usability principles, and responsive/mobile-first design approaches.
