About This Role
- Lead daily Data Loss Prevention (DLP) monitoring operations including alert triage, escalation, and quality review across multiple digital channels.
- Manage Palo Alto URL Filtering profile lifecycle including policy changes, approvals, impact assessments, troubleshooting, and support for change windows including weekends.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and recurring issues to recommend tuning, automation, and policy improvements while representing Cyber Defense in Change Advisory Board meetings.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in cybersecurity operations, data protection, DLP operations, or related security functions; lead or senior analyst experience preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Palo Alto URL Filtering management (Panorama/NGFW or Prisma Access/SASE) and with DLP alert triage and investigation.
- Experience supporting security change management processes including intake, risk assessment, approvals, CAB representation, and change validation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field preferred; relevant certifications (Security+, CEH, CCNA, CISSP) preferred; flexible to support weekend/non-business day maintenance.

- Experienced in security change management with ability to engage multiple stakeholders and represent team in advisory boards.
- Analytical professional capable of identifying alert trends and operational friction, producing audit-ready documentation, and recommending process or automation improvements.
