Ability to work onsite in Lucknow with willingness to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays; physical fitness for site-based work.
Experience working in commercial real estate or facility management environments with a focus on operational reliability and maintenance.
Comfortable managing multiple technical systems with a proactive approach to problem-solving under pressure, including during emergencies.
Capable of coordinating with technical teams, vendors, and contractors while maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring safety compliance.
