Experienced professional with proven skills in managing diverse soft services such as housekeeping, security, catering, pest control within commercial or corporate facility environments.
Strong vendor negotiation and contract management capability demonstrated by handling service providers and optimizing costs while maintaining quality.
Operationally focused individual comfortable with client interaction, reporting, compliance management, and leading a team in a regulated facilities management context.
