Role is site-based in Bengaluru requiring regular onsite presence; scheduled 48 hours per week.
Experience in commercial construction projects such as office buildings, IT parks, malls, or mixed-use developments in a PMC environment.
Capability to interpret structural drawings and coordinate design intent with site execution effectively.
Comfortable working onsite with strong coordination and progress monitoring skills across multiple stakeholders in fast-paced project sites.
