About This Role
- Manage pricing, contracts, payments, and accrual operations for JAPAC countries ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
- Ensure SOX and IICC compliance through data integrity, monitoring, and control activities including reporting and system validations.
- Develop and implement automation solutions and dashboards to enhance operational efficiency and monitoring outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years experience OR Associate's degree with 5+ years experience.
- Experience in contract and pricing operations, compliance, functional IT support, or business administration.
- Proficiency with SAP, Vistex, and Tableau systems.
- Eligible to work in India (location explicitly mentioned).

- Experienced in pharmaceutical or biotechnology environments with understanding of end-to-end business processes.
- Able to operate effectively in global matrixed teams and diverse environments.
