About This Role
- Own architectural integrity, design, and technical delivery of platform extensions and custom codebases on Oracle EBS/Fusion ecosystems.
- Lead technical governance, establish coding standards, and manage CI/CD automation for custom builds to prevent over-customization and platform bloat.
- Lead and manage a team of engineers through complex implementation sprints ensuring performance, security, and lifecycle management of custom extensions.
Minimum Requirements
- 12–16+ years experience in Oracle EBS/Fusion technical architecture with at least 5 years in leading core platform customization and framework extensions.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Modules including Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), PaaS, FBDI/HDL, and BI Publisher.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
- Work Experience Required: 12–16+ years with specified domain and leadership experience.

- Senior technical leader with deep experience in Oracle EBS/Fusion custom extension architecture and delivery.
- Experienced in balancing scalability with bespoke client requirements, with strong background in low-code/no-code and pro-code extension frameworks.
- Proven capability in technical governance, code standards enforcement, API contract management, and leading high-performing development teams in complex delivery environments.
