About This Role
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements specifically for payments and banking domains.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and functional specifications; support testing phases including UAT and defect analysis.
- Perform data analysis and validation using SQL and AI tools; collaborate with technical teams to understand APIs, data flows, and integrations within banking payment systems.
Minimum Requirements
- Strong experience as an IT / Technical Business Analyst in payments or banking domain.
- Proficiency in SQL for writing queries and performing data analysis/validation.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for requirement analysis, documentation, or productivity enhancement.
- Basic understanding of banking and financial services, including knowledge of Debit/Credit transactions and Payments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in bridging business and technical teams within payments or banking environments involving transaction processing.
- Comfortable working with complex integrations, APIs, and payment messaging standards (e.g., SWIFT, ISO 20022).
- Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies and BA/project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Postman.
