About This Role
- Plan and strategize quality product releases with a focus on defining performance and security testing measures.
- Drive automation efforts to reduce regression and accelerate release cycles, managing test execution across projects using Agile (Scrum) frameworks.
- Lead and manage functional and automation testing teams (10-15 people), collaborating with Product Managers, Development Managers, and Scrum Masters to identify and close quality gaps.
Minimum Requirements
- 12 to 16 years experience in application quality assurance for complex web and mobile software environments.
- Minimum 3 years experience as a QA Manager, with at least 3-5 years in automation testing.
- Hands-on programming skills in Java or C# are mandatory; experience with API testing and automation is required.
- Experience managing teams of 10-15 people, working in Agile/Scrum environments; good communication and team handling skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing large QA teams with both functional and automation testing responsibilities in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
- Technically proficient with hands-on coding skills, automation, performance and security testing knowledge, and cloud deployment exposure (AWS preferred).
- Strong alignment with quality strategy, technical leadership, and continuous improvement in software test processes for mobile and web applications.
