Lead and provide domain expertise on enterprise investment data including Security Master, Holdings, Benchmarks, Portfolio, Performance, Risk, Exposure, and Reference Data.
Manage and develop a team of data engineers in Bangalore focused on delivering scalable, trusted investment data solutions and owning production operations including incident response.
Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders to design and implement data solutions that reflect business processes, regulatory requirements, and investment workflows.
Minimum Requirements
15+ years experience in asset management, institutional investment management, investment operations, or investment technology.
Deep expertise in investment data domains, including Security Master, Holdings, Benchmarks, Portfolio, Performance & Attribution, Risk & Exposure, and Reference Data.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
Work Experience Required: 15+ years in relevant domains.

Experienced leader able to bridge investment management domain knowledge with data engineering teams to design scalable data products.
Strong understanding of front-office, middle-office investment workflows and enterprise data solution design in asset management.
Proven capability managing a technical team to deliver complex investment data initiatives and lead production operations with accountability for data quality and reliability.
