About This Role
- Lead the design, development, testing, and operation of long-term archiving solutions and related software libraries and frameworks.
- Drive technical refinement, backlog grooming, and roadmap planning while mentoring developers and ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders on architecture and integration, manage technical debt, and support delivery of scalable, secure solutions in an Agile DevSecOps environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
- 10+ years of software development experience with strong Java backend skills including JDK 8+, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
- Proficiency in front-end development with React, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript; experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (preferably AWS).
- Experience with Agile methodologies, DevSecOps pipelines, CI/CD tools (Jenkins), and version control (GitHub). Ability to travel internationally as required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated technical leadership experience managing teams of 8-10 developers and serving as technical SPOC for global stakeholders.
- Deep expertise in designing scalable, secure, and high-performance Java microservices and cloud-native applications.
- Strong skills in driving architecture decisions, mentoring developer teams, and integrating complex systems in an Agile SAFe environment.
