Certifications or strong working knowledge of ISO27001, CISSP, CSSP, CEH, OSCP or equivalent technical security certifications.
Demonstrated consultative approach with customer-centric mindset and ability to work collaboratively in multifunctional and transnational teams.
Experience securing or architecting HR Digital solutions and exposure to a broad range of security topics from hardware to applications and cloud technologies.
Strong operational focus with ability to manage cyber risk, coordinate crisis situations, and ensure SLA fulfilment in agile and dynamic environments.
