About This Role
- Provide cybersecurity consultancy and advisory to business projects within Airbus Digital function, driving security-by-design architecture.
- Design and architect IT security solutions following a comprehensive risk-based methodology and contribute to Digital Security Standards and Blueprints.
- Act as security focal point in assigned domains, establishing privileged relationships with business and ensuring good reporting and collaboration across multifunctional teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's to Master's degree in Technical/IT discipline or equivalent experience.
- Security specialist expertise in one or more technology domains (e.g., Windows security, Linux/MacOS security, Kubernetes/container security, Cloud security, IAM, Zero Trust, Active Directory security).
- Proven experience in IT Security environment including IT/IS architecture design and standards creation.
- Certifications or strong working knowledge of ISO27001, CISSP, CSSP, CEH, OSCP or equivalent technical security certifications.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated consultative approach with customer-centric mindset and ability to work collaboratively in multifunctional and transnational teams.
- Experience securing or architecting HR Digital solutions and exposure to a broad range of security topics from hardware to applications and cloud technologies.
- Strong operational focus with ability to manage cyber risk, coordinate crisis situations, and ensure SLA fulfilment in agile and dynamic environments.
