About This Role
- Ensure operational availability, reliability, and performance of the Digital Archive system AIRINA.
- Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and define resolutions to system issues.
- Automate system administration tasks, build monitoring and self-healing solutions, and coordinate collaboration between development, system, infrastructure, and security teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in IT, engineering, or related discipline.
- 5-8 years experience in developing, delivering IT solutions with 3-5 years designing and building complex IT systems.
- Experience with automation/configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Maven, SonarQube).
- Experience with Linux and Windows system administration, plus working knowledge of DevSecOps and agile delivery/operations teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience leading cross-functional collaboration among development, system, infrastructure, and security teams in a SAFe agile environment.
- Strong background in software development and system architecture including Java, Python, shell scripting, and hosting Spring Boot/J2EE applications.
- Operates with strong ownership of system reliability through automation, monitoring, and performance optimization in complex IT environments.
