About This Role
- Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to a group of backend, frontend developers, and QA engineers building an enterprise-scale Identity Security Platform.
- Ensure adoption of solid software engineering practices including unit test automation, code reviews, continuous integration, and security coding standards.
- Manage engineers' career growth, collaborate with cross-functional teams on product enhancements, and support customer escalation issue resolution.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or MCA or equivalent.
- 12+ years of hands-on experience designing and developing enterprise software, with at least 3 years in a software development team leadership role.
- Proficient in backend development technologies such as Python, Java, C#, Node.js, or Go within Cloud ecosystems (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Full-time office work model with no visa sponsorship available (immigration sponsorship not provided).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader capable of managing and mentoring multi-disciplinary engineering teams in agile environments.
- Strong backend software development expertise with knowledge of security best practices and cloud-based solution development, preferably AWS.
- Able to interface with multiple stakeholders including product management, support teams, and engineering leadership to drive timely delivery and resolution of issues.
