About This Role
- Lead and manage end-to-end Warehouse Management System (EWM) processes, ensuring compliance and operational effectiveness in warehouse operations.
- Drive and implement process improvements, automation projects, and digitalization initiatives to optimize warehouse efficiency and KPI performance.
- Provide 1st line support for warehouse operations, conduct audits, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and lead internal assessments and training initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science mandatory; SAP certification is a plus.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in warehouse management, process and compliance, including commercial and taxation knowledge.
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills for stakeholder interaction and team leadership experience.
- Location requirement: Based in or willing to work in Chakan, Pune; willing to travel up to 10%.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in large-scale warehouse operations with a strong focus on automation and process optimization.
- Skilled in leading teams, problem-solving in complex warehouse operations, and managing compliance with standards such as ISO.
- Proficient in warehouse process tools and data-driven decision making (Power BI, Power Apps preferred).
